I have a passion for creating fun makeup looks, especially special effects. I have experience using liquid latex to create looks. Most images below were done just for practice, but some were for shows. The shows include A Christmas Carol, performed at Angelo Civic Theatre, where I was the Hair and Makeup designer. I was also a makeup tech for Arsenic and Old Lace, where I was solely responsible for creating Jonathan’s makeup look. I have plots for a Christmas carol beside images of the final makeup look. For Jonathan's makeup, I researched old plastic surgery scars and adapted them to suit the actor’s face. It was more of a trial-and-error process than a plan-it-out process, as we adapted it for his scenes.
